The Rent is Too Damn High

Unsure of how to proceed he decides he needs to reduce his expenditures to the bare minimum. He decides to rent a smaller apartment. His only trouble is that he really likes his landlady and has grown accustomed to his surroundings.
Sensing that she may loose her tenant, Minnie invites Carl upstairs to discuss the matter. To Carl’s surprise, Minnie has been expecting him to find better alternatives to solve his financial woes. In the surprise turn of events, Carl finds that he has a new finical adviser and something special in Minnie.
